you guys are lucky that Delta Airlines and United didnt merge with you guys. I much rather have Delta take over and be the largest airline by far. ? Even so, i still fly with Delta because AA has horrible service up here in Minneapolis.

Once again, AA/AMR file for bankruptcy at the expense of their workforce, their concessions, pensions and over 13,000 that will be left out on the cold & without a job, mainly TWA Employees who were shortchanged during? the HOSTILE TAKE OVER on which their EMPLOYMENT SENIORITY was stapled at the bottom of the list and after the 9/11 TRAGEDY FURLOUGH, their crews given mandatory overtime for 5 years so the TWA EMPLOYEES would lose their RECALL RIGHTS AND CONSEQUENTLY THEIR JOBS!

before thinking about getting over 400 new aircrafts throughout the next decade i'd rather start thinking of how you're gonna get out of bankruptcy first. as i finished watching this video i was shaking my head in disbelief! i'm sorry AA, but you should take a glance at DL or UA first to find out? how it's done. to be honest: i don't believe in you getting out of this dilemma. you missed the point to catch up with the other US airlines on time.

This is why they went under. They didn't stick with Boeing like they should've. They should've ordered 739ER's and more 738's to replace the MD80's. Continental's fleet before the merger is a great example of how to run efficiant aircraft and run lots of them. They had about 200 737NG's before the merger and more orders for -900ER's. Plus all the 75's were the most efficient in the industry because they were all upkept. They didnt have to go? towards Airbusses.

Its to bad Boeing cant up it production rate enough so that all United States airlines could fly strictly Boeing.In AA's case they dont have a choice. There fleet is so old? not one manufacturer could satifly there need for this massive order. In 2017 when the 737 MAX is in the air and AA is stuck with all these A320 NEOS they will yet again be stuck in last place.

Like? United, I've flown American ONCE and will never be back. Flight delays lead to missed connections and endless delays. To their credit however American's ground staff, unlike the rude and surly folks at United, were polite when they said they didn't care.
